Mounting positions
RTB M1
The rollers are only extending on one side of the belt - the top. Accumulation roller provide less friction between the belt and the conveyed product and ensure the best possible sideways loading of the belt.
RTB M2
The rollers are only extending on two sides of the belt - the top and the bottom. When the belt rollers are rotating, the conveyed products will move faster than the belt. When the belt rollers do not rotate, the conveyed product will travel at belt speed.
0°:
Rollers oriented in longitudinal direction for low back pressure applications and product accumulation.
30°, 150°, 60°, 120°:
Designed for alignment and centering.
90°:
Rollers oriented in lateral direction for easy transverse movements and side transfers.
Applications
Modular belts are constructed with modules molded from thermoplastic materials connected with solid plastic rods. Except for narrow belts (one complete module or less in width),all are built with the joints betweenmodules staggered with those of adjacent rows in a "bricklayed" fashion. This structure can enhancetransverse strength and it is easy for maintain.
